This permanent design change to the internals of the engine once done, will show life long benefits in engine performance & reliability requiring no further attention or maintenance to the engine other than regular servicing at recommended intervals which can be carried out at any authorized service point country wide. This technology further improves drive-ability requiring far fewer gear changes through traffic due to the improved “Torque & Power” delivery in the absence of pinging or knocking. A/C loadings are greatly reduced due to the enhanced low-end torque & power. Due to the cleaner burning at lower operating temperatures, engine oils last out much longer bringing down wear & tear of vital components along with reduced carbon accumulation inside the engine. All these qualities improve fuel efficiency of the engine due to the cleaner and more efficient burning of fuel now taking place inside the cylinder & head ! What we do... This package requires the dismantling of engine components to implant our Patented Design alongwith other precision machining work to carry out these modifications with utmost care. We also need to replace basic parts such as major gasket kit, seals, oils, filters, etc other than the time-consuming jobs of decarbonizing, clean ups, minor porting & polishing & balancing of all reciprocating parts before careful re-assembly takes place by trained professionals. These specialized jobs are presently available at our Center in Mysore (Only) and would require at least 5 working days to complete the job & ' Fine Tune ' the engine to our satisfaction before delivery. The cost factor... Charges to carry out this engineering feat on a fairly new MPFI car would come close to aprox Rs 13 to 14,000 + with basic parts & oils. Other factors such as make & model & the present condition of your car will determine the final costing & time. Bigger and more expensive brands of cars would cost much more due to the inputs going into larger engines and sourcing of essential spare parts. If other additional jobs are to be taken up, such as engine overhaul / repair, etc., they would all add-up as Extra Costs & Charges & Time. This technology is better suited to later model MPFI low-run or new cars rather than the older carburetor versions.
