Here are some baseline numbers for the 360 from a
previous pull; these are rough numbers with out tuning. A new baseline
will be established the day of the testing, what will be done is run a couple baseline tests again, pull the heads, cut the grooves, and re-test hopefully the same day.
Idle speed, A/F ratio with wide band meter, total timing, etc. will be recoarded before and after the grooves are cut.
A
good test would be to see if the compression ratio can be raised after
the modification. This will require milling the heads and recutting the
grooves; cc'ing the chambers before and after. The time
required to mill the heads and recut the grooves will force this
test to another day.
