SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) -- California filed suit against Ford Motor Co., General Motors, Toyota Motor Corp. Honda, Nissan and Chrysler charging that greenhouse gases from their vehicles have cost the state millions of dollars. If the groove cutting were to be done, would it work on the
low comp 6.6/1?

I’m wondering if the dished pistons would ruin the effect of
the grooves. Answer:

It is likely the dish pistons have reduced the squish percentage. With low
compression and low squish percentage the engine must be very inefficient,
power is likely very low. I have never grooved the head of an engine with
dish pistons. I do believe the grooves alone will help.
