Would Dish Pistons Ruin the effect? PDF Print E-mail
If the groove cutting were to be done, would it work on the
low comp 6.6/1?

I’m wondering if the dished pistons would ruin the effect of
the grooves. Answer:

It is likely the dish pistons have reduced the squish percentage. With low
compression and low squish percentage the engine must be very inefficient,
power is likely very low. I have never grooved the head of an engine with
dish pistons. I do believe the grooves alone will help.
