Bear in mind that without investment funds we have not had resources to track down all of the grooves out there. We rely upon individual testers to provide documentation.
There are a number of individuals providing Grooves to their friends and customers as part of other services. Since a specific licensing structure has not been established during the testing phase no one is authorized to perform 'Groovings' for pay of any kind. If anyone is attempting to charge for a Grooving, that is a breach of Somender Singh's rights as the US patent owner.
