linkCalifornia sues 6 top carmakers over greenhouse gases
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) -- California filed suit against Ford Motor Co., General Motors, Toyota Motor Corp. Honda, Nissan and Chrysler charging that greenhouse gases from their vehicles have cost the state millions of dollars. State Attorney General Bill Lockyer said the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Northern California was the first of its kind to seek to hold manufacturers liable for the damages caused by their vehicles' emissions-click for more.

Here are some photo's of Grooves made in 2007.

Bear in mind that without investment funds we have not had resources to track down all of the
grooves out there. We rely upon individual testers to provide documentation.

There are a number of individuals providing Grooves to their friends and customers as part of
other services. Since a specific licensing structure has not been established during the testing
phase no one is authorized to perform 'Groovings' for pay of any kind. If anyone is attempting to
charge for a Grooving, that is a breach of Somender Singh's rights as the US patent owner.

To date what is the best performing groove confirgurations available. Todays date is November 18,2008
