Josh wants to lower ET Revision 3 |

With the Camaro running the 355 last night (9/28/2006) Josh ran 9.96 with wheel spin, it has more and the weather or the track wasn't its best! *********************************************************** Update 12/09/2006: 60ft 1.299 330 3.997 1/8 6.258 1/8 mph 108.63 1000 8.221 1/4 9.895 1/4 mph 134.22
********************************************************************** Well Josh realized four tenths of a second quicker and 130 plus MPH was more than the old truck could handle. One weekend of low ten second ETs was enough to sell him on a new race car. With a certified Camaro chassis, it looks like Josh is headed for 9 second ETs! Josh said " Before the grooves, I had to change the oil every 20 passes, now it runs clean!"
Josh runs a S10 pickup with a 355 SBC; he's looking to step up the pace at the drag strip by the tune of four tenths of a second quicker. A complete new engine is in the plans with ported RHS heads, Singh's grooves and a new camshaft from Bullet racing cams. Stay tuned for all the details. My first attempt was done with a hack saw blade, lately I use a ball end mill finishing with a hand held file.
