3.8 GM seriesII grooving.. advice needed please

Hi everyone,

I am soon to rebuild my 3.8L supercharged L67 motor (1999 Grand Prix GTP)

Since I have spare heads that I plan on milling 0.02 to 0.03 anyway, I am VERY interested in learning more about this.

Can someone please tell me what you think about What/How/Where I should groove these?

I included a picture of the head Cyl. and one idea I have about grooving.

What do you think?
